Climate Change and the Law

This course examines the problem of climate change, focusing on the recent Paris Agreement and how law and policy and corporate America are responding to them. It examines the science, law, and business of climate change. Grades for the course will be based on class participation (10%) and the final exam (90%).  The final exam will be 24 hour take home exam.
