Law of Disability Discrimination

Mo 4:30PM - 6:20PM / G13 Barco Law Building / CRN 13532

This course will provide and in-depth analysis and discussion of the major Federal disability discrimination laws.  Readings and class discussions will focus on the application of these laws to issues such as employment, public services, public accommodations, architectural barriers, examinations, and courses. Course requirements include an accessibility evaluation of one public accommodation in the Pittsburgh area.
