One of last year's CLST Fellowship holders, Olga Blackledge (COMMRC), will deliver a pre-circulated slice of her dissertation-in-progress, “Animated  States: The Technology, Aesthetics, and Politics of Soviet and German Cel Animation, 1930-1940s.”  Enrollment in the CLST Dissertation Writers' Colloquium is limited to students at or beyond the prospectus stage, and based upon acceptance of an application for participation.
